Sorry so vague. The bolts nuts bushings are rusted and the shop couldn't get the nuts off so they are cutting them off and replacing bolts and nuts. Since I can't watch and learn I'm a bit in the dark about what steps they are taking. Not sure exactly which tools they are using... torch...rotary saw? I'm having to read self service manual but a bit behind the curve of maintanence needed

There's a good chance the nut is broken loose from inside the frame section.

They'd have to access the nut somehow.

Wow an hour for new bolts sounds good. Sadly its taken more than an hour to even get on side of old bolts and springs off

I was thinking about different bolts. It'll take longer to get to the front bolts.

Yes, you'll have to cut the unibody to access it. Then weld the hole back up.

Get a smaller leaf pack and a longer shackle... Like a decent 4" pack and 2" shackle

Holy crap! That's exactly as bad as it could be.

You can get shackle relocation brackets to solve the issue.

That doesn't make much sense, i bought the 6.5 inch kit for Reason. i do have extended shackles from my previous lift, but i am not going to buy another leaf pack after i already bought this one. I understand it is not right but still that is how it is....

Once they break in it'll be better.

I don't understand why they make springs so damn short.
