from 2" to 3"
My XJ sits right now with a 2" Skyjacker Budget lift, consists of Spacers in front and shackles in the back i'm wanting to lift it higher close to maybe 4.5" if i were to buy 3" coil springs how or what would the best way to lift the rear. Blocks? Add a leaf? or a bastard pack.. i'm limited on money at the moment so i'm looking for a cheap yet strong way to lift it from the rear any feedback would be great..

What about using a Tcase drop? Is that an option or is the SYE the only one? I am just looking at 1-1.5'' more lift

u will have to do it any ways eventually
but i have heard that the higher the lift. such as goin more then 6" u will MAYBE want a longer driveshaft.
this driveshaft thing is UNVERIFIED. do not take my word for it as i have never done more then 5" on any vehicle. If anyone would have any info on it i would apprpeciate. i dont like givin out unverified info to anyone and havin them spend money or mess up their rig becuz of it.

I have a 3'' lift and would like another 1'' or so. but don't really want to do the SYE if a Tcase drop will work for a 4'' lift

I'm going to say it....
A tc drop should only be a TEMPORARY fix!
It's a bandaid at best. Why lift a rig to loose ground clearance??!!??!!

This is my overload leaf, I'm not too worried about it except for the fact that it rubs my tires a bunch if I let it get too far over. I re-tighten it every once in a while in the right position. Do you have little retainers on your leafs? A trip to the auto store could fix that.
