Can I fit those on a 3"? I don't want to trim my fenders bc my parents don't like the "rebellious" look.

Would I have to trim for 32s on 4.5" of lift, wheels would have proper bs. Don't care about trimming, just don't want to if I don't have too

Probably not if you aren't going to flex it.

I've had 32's on 3.5" lift, they fit with just minor trimming to front of the flares...so with 4.5" you'll surely be able to fit them with minor to no trimming.

But much better after trimming the fenders.

like those.

The current tire size is P215/75R15. What's the max rim/tire size I could fit stock? Are there any jeep wheels that would fit my current tires so I wouldn't have to buy new tires?

After driving in the rain for a couple of days and losing my rear end going around corners (foot hardly on the gas at all, this Jeep is worse than my Ford Ranger by far), I kind of feel like it's time for new tires...

The rims are listed as 15x7s in the build sheet (WJDS 15X7.0 Styled Steel Wheels) and tire size is P215/75R15. Any recommendations for tires? We don't get any snow here, and if we do I won't be driving.

Hi All,
I have a 3" lift pieced together from craigslist, with a dakota rear bastard pack.
There are just not many 15" tire deals on craigslist, but always a bunch of 16" size tires.
1. Will this 16" rim work:
http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/Se...n=PXA7069-6865
  • 16x8, 5 on 4.5 Bolt Pattern Backspace = 4
  • Max Load =2200lbs Finish = Flat Black with Machined Accents
  • Hub Centric = No Offset = -12mm
2. After the above: Will this rim with the following do me well with a 265x75x16 or should I use a 245x75x16.

Should I look for 3.5" backspacing if I go to a 16" tire with a 3" lift?
(or do I have that backwards?)

Thanks, I know someone here will have the answer.

Like everyone else, I'm trying to get the most bang for my buck. Sure, I could use my 15" stock alloy's, but then I'd still be stuck in the future buying 15" tires.

(note: just found this on the interwebz:
235x75x15 are 29's
245x75x16 are 31's
265x75x16 are 32s
285x75x16 are 33's
)

Sounds like a blend door... but this thread is just for lift/tire questions. The best place to post your question would be either start a new thread in this group:

or post your q in this thread:
