Emoticon is better than "smiley"
Most of us also watch the Ask A Question thread for non-lift info:

(I had a friend growing up called Smiley ...he drank a lot, didn't bathe often enough, never had a girl friend that I recall, but he was the guy you called at 2AM to come and get you out of whatever mess you were in, and he always showed up. Always. With never a disapproving nod, let alone an unkind word.)
...and oooh. Another thread to subscribe to. Tnx!

Regarding the center, alignment pin on the leaf springs. How common is it for these to bend or break? I just helped my buddy swap his C8.25 for a D44 and we found 1 pin broken and the other bent and the leaf had shifted a little. Needless to say we replaced both sides.

I've broken 3 or 4 center pins.
It's extremely common with hard wheeling, old u-bolts and u-bolts that aren't torqued to spec.

Thanks. We suspected it was due to U-bolts never being re-torqued after installing the leafs about 6 months ago. Plus he wheels pretty hard. I need to go back and check mine too.

Zone is a subsidiary of BDS. No question about quality. They won't be the best, but I feel that they're the best in that price range.

and is the rough country kit just a bolt on or do you have to extend the brake lines drive shaft ect.

RC is not a terrible company, but they have a very bad rep because their kits aren't made for comfort (at all), and they often sell leaf springs that are too short.
At 4.5, you would need:
Front/rear springs
Shocks
Track bar
Lower control arms
Brake lines
SYE and rear driveshaft
Sway bar links
At 6.5, add steering and other problems.

Not good. Look at rubicon express 4.5" or 6.5"
and was wondering what would be a good wheel/tire combo with it.
33s will be good for a 4.5" lift . Might be a bit small for a 6.5"

Idk your budget. For rock climbing look at beadlocks
want to stay at 33" tires
and is the rough country kit just a bolt on or do you have to extend the brake lines drive shaft ect.
Any lift that high will require a lot of stuff. See what it comes with fist, most come with brake lines. Imo don't go with rough country or rustys.
