I just ordered a set of treadwright guard dogs. It was $560 shipped to my door for 4 tires.

so why are leaf packs or shackels better than aal's? my thoughts are that in a leaf pack the company just puts that leaf in the pack from the start in stead of the consumer putting it in i plan on buying brand new oem heavy duty leaf packs and getting a 2" bb from rusty's i found one there with front lift coils not spacers i like the thought of new coils in a lift not my 13 year old stock coils also should i still get bump stops i plan on a wide stance so it will be out sticking out the flares a lil bit mostly doing some mudding so it will be using the suspension quite a bit and what size bump stops 2" is the number i keep seeing in posts

Full leaf packs are all new, the. Don't use any of the stock leaves. Add a leaves sagg back to near stock height over time, and make for a rough ride. And when you decide you want more lift, you have to throw away the add a leaves, but with shackles you can use them with a full leaf pack when you want moe lift.

Not to mention AAL's use one leaf to give lift. That's a lot of arch out of one leaf. That's where the harsh ride comes from. Full leafs, each leaf is arched, but it's more gradual throughout the pack

Sometimes shackles can cause the rock leaves to. Sag, but your leaves are probably already sagged like 90 percent of xjs have sagged springs. An aal will sag. Shackles may cause your stock leaves to sagg if they aren't already sagged.

If you are gonna spend 140 on stock springs, spend the extra 60 and get some lift springs.

See he doesn't want to pay shipping plus they don't have the sizes he fore mentioned. They do in a metric size but ya know.
