Hey guys,
So I'm gonna lift my Jeep 3" and run 33s. I know that I want RK 3" coils and their bomb-proof track bar, and Bilsteins for 3.5"-4.5" lift. I'm curious as to what leaves I should run, as RK only has AALs and 3" shackles. I know I want a slightly larger shackle because the stock one is tiny as hell, but what leaves should I get? I was thinking either the OME 2" MD leaves or the Upcountry leaves, both with a longer shackle. Any other ideas?

Does IRO still use RC stuff in their lift kits? I'm debating between 6.5" IRO LA kit and 5.5" RE LA kit. Any pro/cons of either would be great. I really need to settle on a lift within the next week so I can start my build finally. :sly:

So got my new Xj, it is dd duty only! One leaf is shot. Where can I get replacement ones that maybe offer and 1-2" of lift?

RE seems tough to top for this price range so I think it's time I stop trying to beat them and just purchase the lift.
What's the best shock to match the 5.5" with? I'm guessing bilstein eh?

I'd recommend doing some research to see exactly how long of a shock you can run, I have a jeep with roughly 4 inches of lift, but because of tire size, and fender trimming, I can run shocks for an xj with 6 inches of lift. What is your plans for lift height, tire size, fender trimming?

5.5" lift
33x12.5R15 or 35x12.5R15 tires. leaning towards the 35s. Would 35x13.5 be too much?
I'll trim as needed to make it work lol.

I'd defiantly go 35s with 5.5 inches of lift, I wish i had put them on my xj with 4 inches of lift and trimmed fenders. 33s will look tiny with 5.5 inches of lift. And if its RE its gonna be about 6 inches, so you will be fine.
