If you have an o2 sensor downstream of it it should, otherwise probably not by much if at all. Put a cat on it man, you're killing my environment.

I heaven't read through all 187 pages, but has anyone used a Spark Plug non-fouler to trick the ECU into thinking there is a cat(when there isn't) in order not to throw CEL's?

I was a trick we used with the SRT-4's on Cattless Downpipes, used a 18mm Spark Plug Non-Fouler

hey my jeep is acting a little funny. somedays itll have a ton of power, acclerate quikckly, and not need much pressure on the gas pedal, all i do is rest my foot on the gas pedal and it continues to accelerate. but other days i have to press the pedal almost halfway down to get it to accelerate at the same rate, probably 1/3 just to maintain speed. could this be a problem with the o2 sensor? maybe making the mixture too rich or too lean? if not ill ask in other threads.

yeah it could be. it could also be tps, iac. pull the code and see what it says. but i'm gonna venture into 02 sensor land. but thats a guessing.

if there is no cel, i would hook a scanner to it anyway. incase the light is burnt out. or the light blipped when you weren't watching it. it will still store the code either way.

Just a question, I cut my muffler off yesterday because the inside of it is starting to come loose and rattle at low Rpms. The cat is still on but my question is, is it bad for the cat if I'm not running a muffler?

Looking for a header that won't crack. Any ideas? I've been through 3 banks headers now.

APN, and it will cost you about half of one of those banks. It's even stainless steel!

If that's true or not idk, I'm not a mechanic but I drove mine like that for awhile and it's fine. It sounds cool at first but gets annoying through at least a decent muffler on.
Yea i would do that! i dont really care if its illegal, and i dont think its bad for the motor. it already has a bully dog intake and it runs better........ thanks though
