He was saying it came off an '04 jeep, so i'm hoping it's TUPY stamped! Still waiting to hear back from him though.

Sorry for the double post, newbie trying to learn the system. But he said it came off of an '04 jeep, so i'm hoping it has the TUPY stamp. Still waiting to hear back from him on what model it was and other details

Buy a 2.5" cat , 2.5" tailpipe from mudfrog and get a 2.5" turbo muffler. Or oe style in 2.5". The larger pipe will flow better

Has anyone ran a pre-1999 4.0 header/exhaust manifold and down pipe on a 2000 4.0?

Ive got a dynomax catback on my 2000, stock sized piping. its got a nice note, but its not too agressive. Ive got mad leaks at the pre-cats though so it's as quiet as stock right now.

In the long term, I will be at 4" lift with relocated/extended shackles.

In the short term, I will be installing a new exhaust system.

I've read of some people having issues with the exit pipe hitting extended shackles, etc.

Has anyone routed the pipe over the leaf as seen here? (picture 10/20)

I'm just trying to avoid an issue during the lift install.

Also, anyone know if this works for 93-2001? http://www.jegs.com/i/Dynomax/289/44171/10002/-1

Best thing to do is just cut a few inches off your tail pipe so it sits a a couple inches back from the shackle. I need to do it to mine. It doesn't hinder my flex but it'll rattle against the shackle which is quite annoying on a trail idling around
