Take the muffler then. Why the Hell would you do it that way? Just goes against the flow.

If you have the turn down swedge you can just slip er on and weld er up. I always put a flannel there so I can change between a tail pipe and turn down :-)

Get a turndown that is 2.25OD instead of 2.25ID.

What I did was get a turndown that was 2.5OD and some exhaust wrap to use as an "adapter".

For those running a Flowmaster Super 10 or equivalent, how do you deal with having a center in / center out ? The original is offset in / center out. How do you line it up, or do you just route it different than stock?

my question is similar to the above. and is there any direct fit kits with the flowmaster 10? or do i have to just buy the muffler and have it custom fit?

Planning for when I get around to doing exhaust. I busted my cat and it needs to be replaced, and my muffler has seen better days. I'm thinking next time around, I do 2.5" from header back with a high-flow cat and a Super 44 Off-Road. Opinions?

You can save money and do it your self and weld it its costeffective and easy...for now that's your best bet....go to a muffler shop and ask them to weld it...if its more then 150$ don't do it just get new headers.

No. Check the wiring. If the wiring is all good, the sensor may have a short internally.
