Default CAD Vacuum Delete 2 Piece to 1 piece question

Dana 30 Came out of a 87 XJ with 4cyl and 4.56 gears 27sp. I am trying to put it under my 95. I bought the Yukon YA W39147-Kit seals and plate.

I have it all torn apart and pulled the carrier. The kit came with 3 different seals and none of the seals will fit in the passenger side tube at the housing tube. the outside diameters of the tubes are smaller than the seals.

trying to use my axle shafts and hubs and all. I know I have to swap knuckles as well. I would love some help and part numbers for the inner axle seal part number for the housing for the delete.

Thanks. I hope this will work. I have a feeling that the Yukon kit was a waste of money since I could have made a plate myself haha.

I have several different seals on order. The issue is the Inside bore of the tube is un-machined. I have looked all over the internet and found tons of different part numbers that have worked for people. The shaft size is going to be consistent but some may find that their tube is a different size. I think this also causes some to have leaks since the tube hasn't been modified from factory for a seal.

CR11800 Seal = Napa part number

Shaft Size: 1.188 in. (30.18 mm)
Bore: 2 in. (50.8 mm)
Outside Diameter: 2.004 in. (50.9 mm)
Width: 0.25 in. (6.35 mm)

NATIONAL 470160
Inside Diameter: 28.58 mm,1.125 in
Outside Diameter: 50.9 mm,2.004 in
Width: 11.1 mm,0.437 in

Part # Inside Outside/Bore Width
C/R 11585 1.188 1.875 .375
C/R 11730 1.188 1.687 .250
C/R 11734 1.188 1.752 .250
C/R 11736 1.188 1.752 .250
C/R 11740 1.188 1.828 .375
C/R 11776 1.188 1.983 .250
C/R 11800 1.188 2.000 .250
C/R 11801 1.188 2.000 .250
C/R 11907 1.188 2.125 .313

National Part # 471765

Shaft = 1.187
OD= 2.0
Width= .25

I could not get this to even think about starting.

I have the Napa CR11800 ordered to give it a try. I am going to find a seal before I give up haha.

CR11800 Seal= outside diameter to big wouldn't fit in my tube
NATIONAL 470160= outside diameter to big wouldn't fit in my tube

C/R 11585= trying this one today
Also have another ordered that may work.
