Default Warranty service

I have never used rough country warranty but I've heard that it's amazing.
I'm sure about next day but I've read plenty of threads about how convenient they are.

As far as service goes or technical support.
I could screenshot it but I texted rough country in the middle of the night and the guy texted me right back and answered my questions and gave me part numbers.
It's just stored in my phone now and any random question that I have I just text the guy and he responds immediately.
I think that is worth something.

Rough Country is well known for poor quality and worse customer service. Do your homework before making a decision to buy anything.

My problem with RC is they're a predatory company that uses low prices and substandard materials and manufacturing to get your cash, while not backing it up. They're well known for leaf springs that are too short, wear quickly, as well as using joints that constantly fail, and downright awful customer service. I have personal experience with this, and I don't care if they've "gotten better" over the years, they built their company off of predatory practices, and for that, I will never recommend them to anyone.

Again, do your homework.

Caveat emptor

[

honestly I have a lot of friends that have warrantied many parts.
They have all told me the service is amazing.
Yes there are many threads of angry rough country customers.
I'm not taking my jeep on the Rubicon.
If I were I would spend 3 or 4 times this much or even more and buy top of the line stuff

Okay, let's look at it from a different perspective.

There's tons of feedback, good and bad, out there about RC. 50/50, right? Love em, hate em...

Go compare that to the reviews for RE products. Very little to zero negative feedback.

That speaks volumes to me.

Why take a 50% chance that you're going have a bad experience to save a few bucks, when for just a little more, you can have a virtually trouble free experience?

Also, one last thing, I've used both companies. Based on my experience, I will never purchase or let another RC product near my Jeep. I will never recommend them either, because my experience with them was that bad. The young man who started this thread needs to hear all sides and make a decision. Like I said, do your homework and make an educated decision. Know what you're getting into.

So I queried our Rubicon Express lift kits good.
It is about 50/50.
50% of the people say they are drunk with terrible warranty and 50% of the people say they love them.
I only went to Jeep forums because that's all I'm really concerned about.
The internet is a slippery slope.

Query "are Rubicon Express lift kits good?"

Default Amazon

Me tooThat is why I only check Jeep forums for information.
Clearly would never go to a manufacturer for reviews of their own equipment 🤣🤣

Yup, like I said, just do your due diligence.

The various forums are a start, but places like Morris, Quadratec, etc, and local offroad clubs and of course friends and fam.

Amazon is filled with bot reviews and knuckleheads LMFAO
