Cut and fold fenders - Search has failed me (or I've failed it) again
I always seem to have a problem where I'll see a million threads on a topic, then when I finally want to do whatever the thread is about, I can't find it again, lol...
Anyway, can someone point me towards a detailed description on how to cut and fold the fenders on the 97+ 4 door XJ?
I think I'm gonna do away with my stock fender flares and I can't really afford aftermarket ones, so this sounds like the next best thing.

Front just hack how ever you want. Some models have a bottle so don't cut that. rear is a little more difficult but still easy. Here is a decent write up

Why thank you sir. I took my time. I've have seen many hack jobs and was very carefull. The rears are quite easy as long as you take your time and make 1" verticle cuts just below the fact lip. I also used a body hammer...(flat style). It was like butter.lol.
