Bushings!!!! check your bushings and ball joints, i just went through this last week. if those are fine, check the tie rods and drag link for any play. and at 3" lift castor shouldnt be a huge factor depending on your control arms but your toe might be off.

to check ball joints, jack up one side of your front end and see if you can move the wheel in any way other than back and fourth. Also i fixed my death wobble issue by replacing my steering stabilizer and using a larger bolt on my track bar

Steering stabilizers do nothing but hide a problem not fix it.
