Maybe 'version 2.0' will have the mounting plate moved outward slightly or tilted slightly to allow the nose and pulley to clear the stock PS reservoir.

That's great. I like where this is going the manifold is similar to the Sprintex setup but a complete package unlike that kit. The only problem i see is a lot of the guys (like me) might want to stroke their 4.0's when they are due for a rebuilt and the M62 would be undersized for that...

I would like to replace my A/C compressor with a supercharger. My A/C doesn't work anyway, so I would love to get that hunk of crap out of the way and put something useful there!

I don't think we will be able to get away with keeping the stock PS pump fluid tank. Once I get this mounted in my engine bay we will see how much room is left for the possibility of keeping it and if there's room for an m90. If it fits it would be just a matter of a different mounting plate on the manifold. I'm also curious about header clearance, the engine in the test stand has the OEM manifold which is much smaller than mine.

Increase? Not likely. But it won't decrease much unless you have a lead foot.
In my experience my city economy dropped because I have a heavy foot. My highway improved slightly because the boost keeps the engine from downshifting as easily and keeps the engine from having to spin high rpms up the mountain passes.

Additional Injectors are used by other well known companies. Here they inject thru the supercharger for 'homogenization' of the air/fuel mixture for even distribution and chemical/liquid intercooling.
Here Whipple uses a 9th and 10th injector on a Chevy V8 non-intercooled system.
