Default headlight upgrade?

im wondering what aftermarket head lamps are out there that are brighter than stock. I'm not interested in HID's tho they aint my cup a tea. I'm also interested in an aftermarket LED blinker/tailight assembly if theres any out there. I'm not the best at electricity so bolt on or little modification would be great

This is what I run. Best/easiest upgrade I've done especially since I work overnight.

I did the Putco H4 Harness upgrade and made a huge improvement. I would go with this before upgrading lights. I had gone with some Sylvania Siverstar lights and that improved the lighting slightly, but then I did the harness upgrade and wow what a difference!! The low beams are actually brighter than what my high beams used to be. Money well spent and super easy to install in about ab hour with simple hand tools. Hope this helps.

Here's a link for the harness, it cost me less than $30 bucks shipped.

Cruiser’s Headlight Upgrade Harness Instructions

Absolutely plug and play. Remove grille and headlamp bulbs. I fed my harnesses from the passenger side starting between the battery and the back of the headlamp housing, over to the driver side. Plug the driver side bulb into the new harness. Attach the new harness's ground wire under one of the small bolts on the radiator support after scraping the paint off under it. Attach the harness to the existing harness behind the grille working toward the passenger side. . Plug the new harness plug into passenger headlamp. Plug original headlamp plug into receptacle on new harness. Attach the ground for the passenger side just like you did the driver side under a radiator support bolt. Attach relays with provided bracket on the passenger side inner fender. Connect power wires to battery.
