I see a front driveshaft but nothing hooked to the pitman arm. Lower it a foot and it could be useful.

Wasn't there some guy on here one time that wanted to use construction re-bar to build steering?

Don't laugh it work but no way in heck id do it with todays set ups. Seen it on a old scout.

It could just have full hydro steering. Itd be easier than setting up steering links for that thing.

I highly doubt that pile has hydro steering. If it does, its gotta be the most ghetto set up ever.

Back to the original question, I'd do crossover steering. I dunno why you would want it that high though.
You might one want to one of those spacers off the guys who has two of them stacked up..depending on the leaf pack you have (2wd or 4wd) 4.5" is the minimum you are going to get. Like fitrider said, expect a number closer to 6" especially if you don't have a Tirdy5.

You can always put the stock xj shackles to drop the lift down by an inch or so.
