Default Just completed fender flares, now my windshield wiper fluid won't spray...

Hey guys, new to the forum but not new to Jeeps. This is my 3rd Jeep, second Cherokee. I recently found a super clean 1997 2 door sport with an AX-15, and seeing as how it's somewhat of a unicorn, I had to buy it. Previous owner installed a 4.5" lift of unknown origin and it's sitting on 33's, so some cutting of the fenders was needed for clearance as rubber was hitting metal all the time going over bumps. I did a rear quarter panel delete because the driver's side was rotted out under the armor, and then did some cutting and added Napier Precision V2 flares. Now in the front you have to remove the windshield washer bottle so you don't accidentally puncture it when drilling out the fenders, which I did. I didn't completely remove the bottle, but just disconnected the filler neck from the bottle under the hood and left it hanging by the wires and tubes while working. Got the flares on and the bottle back in, and now for some reason when I pull the right steering wheel stalk to wash the windshield, it does not activate the sprayers but instead just turns on the front AND rear wipers! Furthermore, when I activate the rear wiper, no fluid sprays and it also activates the front wipers.

I'm mechanically inclined, but electrical issues are the bane of my existence. I'm wondering if somehow by having the washer bottle hanging by the wires and tubes messed something up in the wiring, or if the wiper switch just happened to go on the fritz at the same time by coincidence? Maybe some connectors aren't plugged in all the way? - Though they seem to be tight at the bottle. It did work once since then, but has since stopped working again. Wondering if anyone else has had the same issue or might have some advice on how to trouble shoot.

Not sure if this belongs here or not, but figured modified tech because of the fender flares. Let me know if I'm wrong.

My guess would be that is the problem.
You said it has worked once since so I would start simple and just wiggle any connectors and see if you can isolate the problem.
