I grew yo in Oldham and Jefferson County. Sad to see what a heroin and tweek cesspool its become. Im always hearing on Fb of people having stuff stolen out of their yards cars and houses.

 

There is a lot if heroin in Louisville these days for sure. I just had another friend die about two weeks ago. It's not just here though. Heroin use has become rampant on the east coast of this country in the last 5 years.

 

If you use all thread a lot at work then you got uni strut laying around too. Bolt a piece across your rack and mount your tire to that. Use nylon locknuts too.
