I was curious if it also has a drop on the frame side already, pretty sure I see a heime bolted on the frame side. It cant bolt to factory tierod mounting location. I think it may already have some kinda bracket.

I wouldn't change lower track bushing if it doesnt need it.
oh yea my bad. Frame side is a factory mount with a heim and spacers. I was thinking axle side when I typed that

factory mount was drilled out to fit the bolt for the heim. . I think. . .that was years ago but pretty sure thats what i did

I'm not huge on a heim in single shear specially one that's nearly maxed out st ride height. What size bolt. I see missaglment spacer?

Figure how much your drag link loweres by going under then figure out if you can get s track bar drop bracket to match it.
I believe a narrow missaglment spacers fits in the factory track bar axle mount but I cant verify mine are both cut off the axle. At least on dodge pickupa 7/8 heim fits with narrow missaglment. If you wanted to run a heim heim track bar.

Yea a drop on the trac bar frame would allow me to get my drag link under the pitman and not max out the heim. . And allow it to get a little more parallel to the ground. I will check it out. But I feel like getting rid of that drop pitman should be on the list. Then a tracbar mount too

I've ran dropped pitmans on chevy pickups and k5blazers with no problems. I would not be scared of a 1.5" drop pitman on xj at all. many here make it sound like it is sacrileges to run one. But well ill stop this comment right here.

Wj or tierod overcthe knuckle drag on top of it in a double shear broker.
Either way would greatly reduce steering and track bar angle.

Short of lowering the xj I'm not sure that you have a ton of option to decrease drag link angle over wht you have

The bend in your track bar has the upper heim looking okay, doesn't look maxed out like the heim on the pitman arm
