I'm going to loosen everything up with the vehicle sitting on the ground and also take off the swaybar and see if that helps at all. It's definitely not the bumper end cap because it does measure from the frame rail to the outside edge of the tire and it is a half-inch too far to the right.
I really can't complain about the condition of the Jeep. Other than the standard rocker panel rust and some surface rust on the suspension it's in pretty damn good shape for 184k. She runs like a top and on top of that I got the entire thing for free.

Hey, did you ever find a the problem behind this or a solution for it?
I was pretty much about to post the same question because mine is definitely off to the passenger side by about 1 inch or so even though it's lined up with the axle perch pins.
Maybe the common cause is the RC springs... I put on a new 3" kit with full springs about a year ago. I'm going to switch them around and do the bumper jump thing this weekend to see if that fixes anything.

When you installed the new lift, did you put on new wheels and tires?
Maybe this problem always existed, but you see it more now due to wider tires or different backspacing?????

In that first pic you posted something definitely looks suspect with that leaf spring. Looks crooked. I suppose it could he the pic but you took it straight on and your axle is definitely shifted.
