Rear leaf spring eye bolts.
Hey guys doing the lift on my xj and these spring eye bolts are f'ed up. Luckily i have access to a shop and just about every tool under the sun but we cant get these things off, there PB soaked, torched, impact gun hammered, breaker bar...etc im pretty sure there siezed up any other tricks you guys have used? You think there to thick or can i just cut those things off? Thanks

The bolt is seized to the sleeve by corrosion.
Might try to just cut away at it with a Dremel or small air chisel, try to split it off the bolt. Another method is find the pinch seam on the sleeve and drill a hole through the bushing into that, then fill it with PB and work the bolt back and forth until you get it loose.
Another option is to cut the bolt on both sides of the bushing, and then work on getting the nub out of the weld nut. You can use a Dremel to cut a slot in the nub and a large flathead to turn it into the frame. If its seized into the weld nut, you can remove the rear bumper and get at the nub from behind.
