I was going to have Yukon gears installed, proper gearing for the set up, I am assuming I'd have to go the Grizzly route. I'm just like holy crap everything adds up so fast, and it's like all or nothing... haha
Eaton e-locker is an excellent locker and least expensive when you consider that to buy air- or cable lockers you pay more than the total price of an e-locker, then there are expensive accessories that are mandatory for your naked locker to work - cables, actuator, air tanks and so on. An e-locker comes with everything you need, is just as good as the others, locks up just as tenaciously, less prone to failure (except electrical, but that's usually due to host vehicle) and overall will cost hundreds less.

Perhaps you should delay your build for a while longer until you can afford everything? If not, I'd say don't get diff work twice. Leave the re-gear alone until you have the locker(s), and get that done all together. And IMO, do not put an auto locker in the front axle. Many guys will tell you it's okay, but it could cause you a lot of grief in the winter time. been there, done that, regretted it.
