Has anyone with this kit experienced this? I have the SYE all in and together, but when I went to install the new yoke, the nut would not thread on the output shaft properly. When it did start to sort of thread, it immediately *****ed up the threads on the nut.

I've already contacted Rugged Ridge about the issue, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this sort of thing, or would happen to know what the specs of the nut even is. I really hope it's not an issue with the shaft itself!

 

just did mine a couple weeks back and mechanically it all went well....
did notice yesterday tho the rear seal is leaking. I hope it's oem sizing

Well, Rugged Ridge is shipping out a new nut for me and it should be here in a few days. In regards to the rear seal, I'm told that this is the proper replacement to get for it. I'm probably going to pick one up before I install it for peace of mind.
