Sway bar bracket
Ok when taking off the drop bracket from rough country to put on Jks quicker disconnects I was attempting to remove the upper bolts of bracket that were bolted into frame with threaded studs in frame I broke off the threaded stud somehow. However there is another one 1" below broken one. What should I do from here. I drive this Jeep everyday on highway so not gonna go without swaybar.

You have to take the front bumper off and fish the nut out. Then you can weld a tab to it to catch on the frame then you can put it back.
Or weld the sway bar bracket to the frame. Does not take much to hold it. Then you can cut your weld if you need to.

Same bolt is broken on mine. GD PITA. Like he said, take the front bumper off and you can access the inside of the frame rail. I have a bolt dropped through from the top with a nut on the bottom but trying to hold the bolt from the top takes some black magic. Best way is to get a new nut welded back in there but not everybody has that option.

Hate to zombie and old thread, but..
Did you ever find our what size hole that third nut is? At this time I have no choice but to use it, or drill my own hole near it.. Frankly not something I'd rather partake in!
Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Could use one of these kits....and trust me, you'll find many other uses for it too......I've used it to mount extra toolboxes to the side of my main box and to mount bumpstops when the factory stuff rusted out. I plan on using it when I redo my roof rack, and when I add fender flares.

I'd knock out the old one, put in the correct size nutsert, and re-install the sway bar

Thanks for the tip, I tried retrofitting a 3/8-18 bolt but turns out even with this misssized bolt, now the sway bar smacks right up against the power steering box - _-
I've ordered one of Rough Country's Jeep Front Sway-bar Drop Kit | 3-4in Lifts (84-01 Cherokee XJ)
II'll let you guys know how this ends up.. Wish me luck?
