XJ dome light
I'm adding a bunch of lights to the inside of my XJ. Two on the ceiling and some to illuminate the floorboards. Install time is a couple of minutes.
The LED panels I'm using are cheap and bright as hell. This photo was taken without flash. Please excuse the mess, she's under construction.

The base and diffuser cap are 3D printed and use the existing hardware to mount up there. I'm going to change the black base to grey so it blends in better. I may also do the diffuser in a lighter grey, but white does a really good job of casting that light around.
Once the design gets worked out I may offer these for sale (maybe like $5 + shipping) but for now I'll let a few go for free if anyone is interested.

I bought an led set from pep boys a couple years ago and the bulbs are the same size as the original. I'm sure I paid more than what I could have gotten them for online, it was more an impulse buy haha

Wow those are awesome! You think the LEDs would fit into the map lights on my overhead console?
