1989 Comanche/96 Cherokee PROJECT
I originally bought this low mileage '96 Cherokee (121k miles) with the original intent to swap all '96 parts into the '89 Comanche. I was able to source the Comanche the way you see it, already stripped from Virginia. The only rust on the Comanche is the passenger side floor that has pinholes, everything else, bed, rockers, cab corners, etc are rust FREE. The rear axle currently under the Comanche is a 8 1/4 and is bolted in place from a Cherokee. The rear leaf springs are stock Comanche springs and in very good shape, also have 4 1/2 inch front coils that go with the package. I do have most of the original interior for the Comanche. The '89 Comanche is an original 2 wheel drive, automatic, 4.0L. I do have the doors and fenders for the Comanche as well as all body parts for the Cherokee. The fuel tank and straps for the Comanche looks like brand new. The Cherokee is an all original 4.0L 5 speed (AX15) 4X4. I also have a set of axles from a '99 Cherokee that are 355 ratio that will go with the project deal. I have PA titles for both vehicles in my name. The Cherokee was running and driving perfectly a month ago, before it started to get torn down. The parts that have been removed from the Cherokee are labeled and organized. Asking price $2,500.00 for everything. Located in the Bradford, PA area.
