FS[MidWest]: 2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic-super clean

2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic-super clean
$6,700 OBO.
2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic 4WD, 170,000. Colorado vehicle until 2019, I bought from my uncle before attending college in Southeast Missouri. I have done tons of work to it in the last year.
Jeep runs great, no check engine lights or strange noises. I bought it from my uncle who had it 10+ years and took meticulous care of it. When I bought it the paint and clear coat were chipping, so I took the vehicle to bare metal, used 3 coats of etching primer, then used a professional air sprayer to do two coats of DuraBak bedliner. I then used an airless sprayer to apply a clear coat. The bedliner comes clean with a pressure washer, and it is tough as nails.
Oil changes have been done every 3000-4000 miles, Transmission fluid changed November of 2020. Skyjacker 3-4 inch lift, including new leaf springs, installed October 2020, along with brand new Mastercraft tires on ProComp wheels. At time of the lift, all bolts were upgraded to Grade 8 bolts.
I did electrical work under the hood in April of 2020, including:
Crankshaft Position Sensor
IAC
MAP
TPS
Ignition Coil
New Spark Plugs
Camshaft Position Sensor
I have installed a bluetooth radio, LED headlights that are plenty bright, multi function switch in the steering column, and master lock switch. AC works great, as does heat. The interior is in amazing condition, there is a rip in the driver seat, but otherwise the seats are pristine thanks to my seat covers, and the headliner is 100% in tact. Power locks and windows all work as they should, no slow windows. I drive the jeep as a daily driver, so I know that it runs and drives good. I am simply looking for something a bit more practical for me. This Jeep is a good foundation to a really cool project, or a cool daily driver.
PM me if interested with questions or offers, I am open to any offers. I may be willing to meet a serious buyer.
I do have the stock wheels with 29” 10 ply tires about 70% tread that will be included if interested.

I really love these older jeeps and I've seen many here that are in pretty good condition (based on photos). The problem I have is that being located in a different state I'm nervous about pulling the tripper and purchasing.
I'm wondering if as a seller you guys would be willing to allow a purchaser to do a quick background search on a website like https://backgroundcheckrepair.org/ just so I can have a little more piece of mind as someone that's going to be spending so much money online?
Thanks for considering.
