UPDATE: NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Black, includes end caps, brackets and all factory tire carrier brackets to attach factory tubular tire carrier. Does not include factory tire carrier. It was not on the vehicle when I got it. CA car so surface rust only.

I had to dispose of the bumper, but I retained all the OEM tire carrier hardware.
