Looking for the perfect tires
2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4WD 4.7 Size of tires 235/65/17
Looking for the best available tires with these factors in mind:
1. LOW MPG
2. ALL SEASON + great on snow (Must have that snow symbol on them because it will become a law here in 2014 and dont feel like swapping tires twice a year, I already have winter tires as well)
Also, 80% of my driving I would say is on paved highways. The other 19% on streets with paved road. No offroading except for a few minutes in the summer...
What would you get?
By the way, do A/T tires have a lower mpg than all season tires? I was thinking of going with Kumho Road Venture SAT KL61 tires.

Not sure about the snow symbol but I've been running Yokohama Geolander A/T-S's. I went to these on my truck years back when I got tired of running M/T's on it because my friends tire shop got me a good price on them. Been running them on my truck (2 sets) and jeep (1st set) ever since.
They're very affordable, I get good gas mileage with them, and they are AWESOME in the snow. In 4wd I pull like I'm on dry pavement in the snow with them. Also, tread life has been great.
We got 12" of snow today and I was able to get around great on these tires dragging axles through the snow the whole way...
Just my $.02

Thx, but after looking at this survey, I think I will go for Firestone Destination LE 2's.
