Default 99 XJ newb from Florida

Just found the forum, figured I'd join. I recently purchased a 99 Cherokee. Its my first Jeep, actually my first mopar product of any kind. I've owned dozens of cars, and I'm good with a wrench. Anyway it's a 99, 2wd, 170k miles, probably as plain jane as they come, but that's what I wanted. It's got a few issues here and there, but nothing major. All new gaskets about 5k mikes ago. (Head, intake, valve cover, exhaust) I look forward to playing with it, and learning a lot!

Not sure where else to post it, but just curious about an idea I had. Has anyone "reversed" the color of wheels like mine? Basically paint the wheels black, and the centercaps silver/grey/chrome? Sort of like a police type wheel? If anyone has done this, i'd appreciate a pic or two too. Thanks!

Just got two brand new 235/75 tires on the front, new shocks, painted the wheels, and finished a two inch front lift. My next task will be lifting the rear to match.
