Part of the keyless system is acting up, here's what's happening and what I've tried. If you press the lock button on the inside of the door, when you close the door it gives 3 honks, which is what it's programmed to do if the fob is still in the vehicle. It's not in the vehicle. Also the sensors on the door handles are not working on both front doors, both the unlock feature and push button lock on the outside door handles. If you open and close the door, it says the key fob is not detected while you're still sitting in the car. I've changed fob batteries, replaced the Ignition Node module fuse(fuse 56). I still need to disconnect the car battery and TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) overnight for a hard reset, this weekend to see if that works out. The remote start works and fob lock/unlock works as it should. Are there any other solutions I can try?

Currently I'm looking for the Passive Entry Antenna. Apparently it's in one of three different locations. Console mount, Fascia mount and Rear mount. Can anyone point me in the right direction to any of these locations? The rear mount might be beside the rear hatch-latch under the trim?
Upon further investigation, there could be 3 of these antennas. One in each area.

I haven’t had this issue with my KL, but I did have a defective fob on my wife’s Rogue that acted similar to what you’re describing.

It's both fobs acting the same way. That's why I figure it's an issue with a component in the buggy. I'm starting with the antenna because it's only a $13 part. I just have to locate it first.
