=13pxAfter about 12 miles driving, error message flashes briefly. Just purchased used at a little over 60K miles. Dealership where purchased sent car to FCA Dealership, they first changed rear differential. They did not road test I think. The message came back within 12 miles of driving again! Took car back and the FCA dealership replaced PTU, problem came back within 12 miles again. Is there a cure? This is a common issue isn't it? Please help!

We have a new 2021 Cherokee Latitude, sounds like the same issue. Been in dealership shop over a week. They replaced differential, I called today to check on status (nobody calls with updates). This time I was passed to service manager. He said they need to order a sensor. Won’t be in until Monday. WE ARE DISCUSSED! Haven’t made to first payment. Anyone have any suggestions?

Have either of you had success getting this resolved? On my way home from the dealer with my brand new 2021 Cherokee TH (123 miles when I bought it and 180 when this happened the first time). It was stating 4WD Overheated Temporarily Unavailable. Did this a couple times and then the 4WD SVC light came on. Sometimes when I start it the 4WD SVC light is on right away, other times it's off then starts the 4WD Overheated message after a few minutes. usually get the message 2 times and the 4WD SVC light comes on. Today at lunch today in the drive through line, just sitting there, it just kept going off, probably 10 times before the 4WD SVC light came on. Not off to a good start.

I would have your dealer check this immediately, you could be looking at something not being filled with the proper amount of fluid or lubricant or something not functioning as intended because its brand new, that seems like it shouldnt happen unless an oopsie happened.
