Yeah the Cherokees don't have Quadra-Lift, and only Grand Cherokees equipped with the Quadra-Drive II system and the Off-Road Adventure II Package (and all Overlands and Trailhawks) have Quadra-Lift.
The Original Poster (OP) is talking about a 2016 model, and the Grand Cherokee Trailhawks were produced for 2013, and then again starting in 2017. The only Trailhawks Jeep offered in 2016 were the Renegade and Cherokee, with the Grand Cherokee and Compass Trailhawks being released for the 2017 model year. They definitely have a regular Cherokee.
