Default Dana 30 Front swap question

Hi All, I bent my front axle and need to replace it. I have a dana 30 lined up but need to know if the splines are the same between the two axles. Mine is a 1994 and the one I found is a 1997.
Any input is appreciated, jeep is parked till I replace the axle.
First pic is my current axle...

I agree. If it is from a WJ than it will not be compatible with the XJ due to differences in spring perch, steering, swaybar brackets, etc.

Looks like a high pinion Dana 30 to me, so that would rule the WJ out since they are low pinion, I am guessing it's out of a JK.

To answer your question, yes the spline counts are the same

Jk Dana 30 is wider too and takes different unit bearings that are a different bolt pattern also

I've seen several ZJs in the junk yard with the Rezeppa style drive shaft joint.

The bolt pattern is a dead give away.
