10 miles, 6% grade (steep) 98* outside temp with the ac full blast and overdrive off. Looks like 225* and my ir temp gun shows 215* so the gauge reads 10* high.
This is with a standard duty fan clutch for an XJ Cherokee. I don't think that's bad cooling at all. Photo taken at the first stop light after getting into to town.

I went standard duty fan clutch to eliminate the fan ROAR and get a big increase in gas milage.
