Went to start test fitting the second battery up front last night and realized I'm gonna have to move my ECM. Sweet. I more thing to do.

Added onto the wires for my factory fog light switch, went to put the switch in the blank spot on my dash and sure enough the blank spot is mounded in. Gotta get one of those switch plates from PCwizard. Sweet. $100 I don't feel like spending right now.

It's flippin hard to save up for gears and lockers when you keep running into tiny crap to do at $100 intervals.

He is talking about the spot where factory fog switch would go. You can't take out the blank space

Just got my XJ back after being in the shop for about a month... new head gasket... cost me more than the car is worth but I love my XJ Ruby so much, has sentimental value of course... good news is she runs better than ever, I bought the car past 200k miles, never sounded so good as she does now!

I know that sentimental feel of not being able to let it go. I think we all do

I doubt it matters but here is some little known info about gauge needles, mostly the speedometer. The 'paint' on tip of needle is designed to transfer onto face of dial during a collision, some use a UV tracer that can bee seen with ultraviolet light. This can tell investigators at what speed impact occurred.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. True.

Couple of folks have picked up an extra from a junkyard and epoxied together a custom panel.

Toyed with the idea of redoing the bumpers, lower blackout, and 1/4 armor in tan bedliner. Thoughts?

Possibly take it up to the bodyline(below the door handles), as my habit of just pushing between trees, etc, is playing hell on the paint.
