Default Affordable Offroad

I ordered a gas tank skid plate from their site and received it in three days. $250 shipped. I was stoked at the price and super fast shipping.

I drove up to my house and saw the skid plate on my front porch and was excited to get some primer on it asap. Then I noticed the logo. The Hard Rock series logo was cut out of it to my suprise. The picture on the website shows a very simple and centered "A" logo.

I called and explained what I had going on in a voicemail. Awhile later I texted the number on the site with a picture of what I had received vs what I had excepted. Without pause, I was told a new one would be made and shipped out asap.

One short week later and the new skid plate with the A logo was on my front porch and included a return label for the first skid plate.

I'm blown away by the service I received. To Affordable Off-road's credit, the logo on the first skid plate is a logo they use on other AA products. It just wasn't what I expected based on the picture of the skid plate on the site. I am still amazed at how easily and fast the correction was made. Zero hassle.

Thank you Affordable Offroad!

I've had great luck with them as well. I'll be ordering my rear bumper from them soon.

Awesome. Glad they took care of you. Very nice of you to leave your review here which I'm sure the company would appreciate. Not enough people take the time to leave positive feedback anymore.

Have they added frame tie ins to their bumpers? I remember when I was looking, they used the stock locations.

I am looking a buying a bumper from them myself, as I just got my first xj. From what I can tell their elite bumper series have the proper frame tie ends. I will most likely buy the plain bumper with a few of the upgrades available and still be cheaper then the big name.

Yes they do. I have their elite prerunner bumper and I'm very happy with it.
